Traffic Lights at University and Glen run at default timing early morning 5:45 AM. Long wait. Sensors not enabled at this time of day.

When turning from Miramar onto southbound University (Left hand turn from Miramar) having to wait excessive time even when there is no traffic for light to change. This is at 6am when traffic is very light but also experience long waits at other times of day.
The traffic light for the street coming out from Kroger is facing south. This is very confusing for north bound traffic.
When turning left from Willow Knolls Dr. onto Allen Rd, the yellow signal light is not working. It is on the left most light that is attached directly to the vertical pole.
