Right turn traffic light is turned around facing the wrong direction if you are turning right off of war memorial to orange prairie.
The traffic light at Main and Maplewood changes for no reason. Once it goes through the cycle, Main Street gets the turn arrows even when no one is in the turn lanes.
The light at Northland and War Memorial stays red for too long between 7 AM and 8 AM. Cars build up and build up. Meanwhile, cars travelling east and west on War Memorial have steady traffic with a green light and more than can get through at the next light at Glen and War Memorial. Cars end up backed up into the intersection and then when the cars at Northland finally get a green light to turn left onto War Memorial they either can't turn at all because the cars are blocking the intersection or they can, but they have to turn into the far left turn lane onto Glen even if they want to travel on War Memorial or turn right onto Sterling. One day I sat at this light for 20 minutes before I was able to get out of the lane and turn right onto War Memorial to turn around in the Big Hollow shopping center to get onto Sterling. Either the light on War Memorial for east and west traffic needs to be made shorter to not cause the back up or the lights at Glen and War Memorial and Northland and War Memorial need to be made longer.
this intersection needs to be a 4 way stop, currently the minor road has no stop sign while the major one does, this often leads to confusion and potential accidents. also, some cars dont stop at all here
The traffic light at this location is changing when no cars are on Grand. The light used to change only if car were on Grand attempting to turn. This new programming is causing undo stress on the environment by increasing air pollution from the vehicles on War Memorial especially large trucks
Voicemail from Saturday evening stating that the stop lights at War Memorial and Route 6 were out in all directions.
Trash and plastic bags all over yard at this address.

ADDRESS FOR REFERENCE ONLY: Intersection of Pioneer Pkwy and Knoxville Rd: northbound Knoxville, left turn lane on to Pioneer Pkwy--the traffic light itself is turned the wrong direction. The signals/lights are not visible to the lane they are meant to signal to. I spoke to IDOT and they confirmed because it is a traffic signal, this falls under the city.
