Person parked in handicap spot without placard. They were using spot to drop off child. This happens frequently at Thomas Jefferson so that I am unable to use the handicap spot to get my disabled child into school.

11028 n. Northtrail residents keep parking in front of the fire hydrant everyday. This needs to be addressed because no one can even see the hydrant
