Just wondering if there's been any update on case #21142. Still having electrical issues and management still refuses to fix them.
Residents have left a range/stove on their front porch for a couple of weeks.
SR#48999 There has been a dead deer on the side of the road/gutter for a few days. It’s on Charter Oak going north on the road between WeaverRidge Blvd and War Memorial. 3/24/19
Roach infestation at this property. The roaches are going to the neighboring house. They need to clean up and spray.
SR#48863 5501 N. Renwood Avenue. Water leaking front front of lot at curb. Water travels all the way to Cindy Road and causes neighbors to deal with constant wet environment in front of their houses. Not sure if water is from a pool overflow or is a water main leak. Has been there for years. City replaced pavement on Renwood because of this water leak eroding road. During freezing temperatures, neighbors have to deal with dangerous ice buildup caused by water traveling from this location flowing down the street and freezing.
Water leaking from front edge of lot. That water flows along the curb to the end of the street causing erosion. Street was paved 2 years ago due to erosion of street at curb. It's either a leaking water main or homeowner has a pool emptying into the street causing erosion of pavement and it is a nuisance to neighbors that have to deal with water at the front of their lots.
The dog barking is disturbing the neighborhood. We have complained to PAWS and the police and nothing has been done. My children are being woken up throughout the night because the dog is left outside with no shelter and barks non stop. This is a noise ordinance and disturbing the peace violation. Please handle this issue.
Vehicles in the driveway inoperable and been there for years. Trash in the driveway. Cans spilling over on my property.
Basketball hoop left out that has been tagged but no one has removed it. Snow plows and other vehicles has to go around it to get through.
