Large political sign on residential property
I live in the Withershin Point Condominium Association. on 2/22/2021 The gutter fell off the roof over my balcony and ripping the balcony outdoor light off. I emailed Property Management (S&S Properties) on 2/22 after the incident happen to let them know. It is 2/24 and no one from S&S Properties has contacted me, the wires are live wires if the switch is turned on. The gutter is causing a barrier to exit through the balcony door.

This location was boarded up due to a fire, back door boards have been removed (in the alleyway)
Trash totes are NEVER retrieved after trash pick-up according to anonymous caller this has been ongoing for several months at 7110 N. Rockdale, fyi.
Dog has been seen several times on callers Doorbell Ring coming into their yard and leaving feces and not getting picked up by dogs owner (1204 W. Thrush)
Today is January 25th. As of today the people living at 719 E. Maywood still have garbage cans sitting out daily. Instead of 3 cans out there has been 2 still out
