The bills and website for the stormwater utility fee should be redone. The bill doesn't say I pay be credit card, and the website doesn't give a way to check which credit card I use. The way to update a card if it has expired doesn't work. Fix it. I have no way of knowing whether my payment will be made on time. Calling the office in my experience never works.
The volume on channel 22 from the council broadcast was extremely inefficient.
