Pan-handling. So many beggers at busy intersections has been a ongoing city problem. Its time to think what will happen when a accident happens at one of these locations and kills one of the beggers. Its time to remove them from the streets.

This house has way too many dogs and their barking is creating a neighborhood nuisance. The dogs are constantly running loose. There are at least 8 dogs.
Sign on garage says keep out driveway has been blockaded. I have to assume no one is in the house. But I have noticed a cat inside the house looking out the windows as I drive past. I am concerned about that animal not having food, water and the poor sanitary conditions it must be living in.
