I spoke to the Code Enforcement Officer when he was in our neighborhood on Friday. The older white Lincoln vehicle in front of 3011 N Mission Rd has a thrown rod and has not been drivable for several months. it will run for short distances, like from driveway to street and back so code thinks it is being driven. It was tagged last Friday when it sat on right side of their driveway. Owner removed tag and moved car to left side of driveway so code would think they drove it. This undrivable car needs to be removed. I am not apposed to people having multiple vehicles but these two have 4 vehicles and a church van so at least two vehicles are in street at all times.
back above pool been close. alot of frogs in the pool comes to my backyard into my home
active mosquito breedig. standing water for many, many days.
Resident has two dogs that are never leashed or tethered. They are consistently wandering around our street, leaving waste in other yards that gets left without being picked up, and disrupting other residents. They have left waste in my own yard many times, and they have charged at my two small children and my own dog, who is always leashed or tethered. My children are frightened of them. I have asked him if he has a leash or tether for them, and he has not answered. It is unsafe, irresponsible, and a santitation issue.
