They have something in their backyard that makes loud noises all day and night. It sounds like a huge piece of rubber/plastic popping. It is very hard to sleep when it is making noise. This needs to be addressed soon, as it has been going on for months. they also leave their dog out all the time barking non stop.
Utility box knocked over and open to elements. The electrical pole is also in pretty bad shape and the tensioning cable for that is damaged. I'd just like someone to put the cable junction box back together and assess whether the electrical pole is up to standards still. Thanks.
weeds growing over the fence someone move out weeks ago@ night left old blue truck in yard
