Downed wire. Looks like cable or phone. In the alley behind 1320 Institute. It’s hanging enough into the alley a truck could easily snag it. And it’s hard to see. Look for the pole against the gray garage in the alley. Thanks!
SR#62397 Tree fell from the creek that runs along Columbia Park. It fell onto Park District property but I wasn’t sure if city was responsible for the creek area where the tree fell from.

Yard looks like a total junkyard. Leave junk out all the time. Total eyesore. garage sales are supposed to have limited days and they have been doing this for entire spring/summer!
