Neighbors in this area are having a hard time getting to their mailboxes and backing out of their driveways because there are a lot of drivers speeding down this road. Please have a police officer watch this area for speeders and also use the digital reduce your speed sign thereafter. This issue is on Koerner between 150 and Eagle Creek. This is during the evening from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
At the Corner of Morgan & Glendale at the Glendale Commons Apartment Complex, there has been an ongoing landscaping project that has not been completed for months. It's starting to be an eyesore. Please inspect and have the manager get the area cleaned up.

Resident came in to report a huge pothole at the alley between faraday and Lydia on Grinnell. Resident is concerned about the safety of both pedestrians and vehicles as the hole is not only expanding, but deep.
Oakcliffe Ct. bridge is not repaired over the creek and tree limbs left on the street and a dead tree needs to be cut down and there is a accumulation of debris in the creek at the rear of Monicals Pizza

on Park Street in Averyville there are railroad tracks that were supposed to be removed to make way for a walking trail, it's been 2 years & nothing has been done, please let her know status
