Along Orange Prairie Road from War Memorial Drive to Charter Oak Road: nearly every tree along this road is dead or diseased! I am sorry to say this is my first complaint since I noticed the trees were blighted and dying well over a year ago. Last year it may or may not have been possible to save some of them with a combination of trimming, watering, and fertilizing. However, now they are so bad off they are either dead or not worth saving. One bad storm and you will have many dangerous, downed trees. I was happy in the late fall of 2015 to see about a dozen or more new saplings planted. At that time I figured the blighted trees would be removed and these were the replacements. Now I see the City has no intention to care for her investment in trees whatsoever! What should be a lovely boulevard looks like a vacant, forgotten lot. The grass there is mostly weeds and rarely gets mowed, and nearly all the trees are dead. I hope this problem gets addressed immediately this summer. If you bother to water some of these trees the few left alive may still make it. I think the City should be ashamed of how poorly this area has been cared for!
Storm drains at columbia terrace and university are clogged with leaves and debris.
This is the only apartment building on the street that will not put the dumpster in the enclosure as required. Coming down Sterling you can see the dumpster sitting in the middle of the parking lot.

Tree needs trimmed around street light on northeast corner of main and institute.
I just wanted to say thank you for the efforts the City has done cleaning up the alleys in the uplands and making some people fix their garages. It looks much better.
