building is in.historic district. it looks like owner has sealed up two side and one front window. Not sure if permission was obtained from historic preservation.
owners throw cooked food and other food stuff out side door on a consistent basis under there deck that is attracting wild animals such as racoons opossums etc. this puts neighbors pets at risk of attacks and people who arrive home at night.

animal control had been at this location before. the owners/tenants have 2-3 dogs inside the house. however, the puerile do not live there. They do come every now and then to let the dogs out. But overall the dogs are left in there for two or three days by themselves. the photo shows two of them with their heads outside the website. They broke through the screen. even if the owners are checking on the dogs every day or two. the dogs are still in there by themselves for extended periods. This is a health hazard. the animals are locked up inside by themselves relieving themselves in the property. i do not believe the person checking on them cleans up after them. he is here for a very short period of time. So the dogs are at risk. But we as neighbors are also at risk. the more the digs relieve themselves the worse it is for us. the dogs should be taken out immediately. This house also should be marked for demolition. It has been an eyesore for 20 years. It will take 50k to restore just the outside at this time. But for now please come get the dogs out and have the inside inspected for health violations. Thank you. p.s. please have the person who developed thanked. finally for android.
