The business called 309 Car Care at the corner of Western and Kettelle is a car wash. Neighbors are concerned that this property is not zoned to also sale cars in the front of their property.
Boat is on a trailer in the driveway. This is a huge boat and it needs to be removed.
Has their trailer located in the neighbors yard (2415 W. Lincoln). The neighbor can't get through his side yard because of the trailer being in the way. Would like to have this removed asap.
There's an above ground pool with no filtration system on this property. The water is stagnate . Neighbors are afraid that the water is going to flood and go everywhere. A lot of water is in the pool (4 ft) landlord won't drain. Please inspect from the alley.

At the three way stop sign at Imperial near Northmoor School, there are drivers going 50 MPH at this location. A child or someone else could get injured or worse. This usually occurs when Richwoods High School lets their students out at the end of the school day. However, there are adults that are speeding by during this time also. Please send an officer out to look into this.
Grove Apts. Behind this building, there is a sink hole next to their sidewalk in their courtyard. Someone could fall and get hurt. They only have plywood board over it.
At Grove Apts. There is a bridge behind the building and there was some erosion due to the creek. Owners have added plastic tap around the area but nothing has been done and it has been 6-8 weeks. Someone could get hurt. Please inspect.
Not properly permitted by the city to run a business out of it. Doing electrical and plumbing with no permits.
I have a recurring issue with the noise from the Monarch concert venue. I live approximately a mile away, but can feel the bass inside my house when they have a concert with a band that depends on a "heavy" sound. I do contact them, and they do temporarily turn it down, but it always creeps back up. Last night, at 10:30 pm. I could detect the sound inside my house, with windows closed. This is not acceptable.
