House was inspected by pest control company. Found out that the house has a lot of bats and the landlord is refusing to do anything about it. There are children living in this house. Tenant is worried.
Dead tree in front yard that needs to be taken down.
Drive way is uneven and busted up. Dangerous. Will also contact Public Works about approach.
Standing water left in in ground pool. Mosquito issues.
Trashcans are located on the alley behind this location. The residents leave the bag outside (on the deck--not in the trash cans). The loose trash is attracting animals.
Upside down and tattered American flag.
Constant furniture sale going on at this house. There is furniture all up and down the driveway. This sale has been going on for two weeks all day everyday.
Need more police presence on Smith St. throughout different times of the day. There are people literally drag racing and just simply driving fast down the street. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood and Roosevelt School is on this street. Very concerned citizen.
Cars are speeding down Parkside Dr. by Bradley Park. Needs to be monitored by police as soon as possible.
