Electrical wires hanging really low so as to touch trucks as they pull in. Near the Merle Lane entrance/exit. Can't miss it.

SR # 70435 Tree has fallen in alleyway behind this address between Westmorland and Kettelle
SR # 70420 Citizen states there is a C.O.P orange and white cone sitting in the street directly across from her house that seems to not be serving a purpose. She would like it removed if there is no reason for it.
