Pan-handling. So many beggers at busy intersections has been a ongoing city problem. Its time to think what will happen when a accident happens at one of these locations and kills one of the beggers. Its time to remove them from the streets.

aggressive miniature pinscher at 1510 Northeast Madison is never on a leash, is let run wild throughout the neighborhood, chases kids on bikes, defecates in neighbor's yards. please enforce animal ordinances at this location.
please have someone from PCAPs contact the residents of 1510 Northeast Madison that they are not allowed to have their pet roaming the streets
the house is vacant and whoever moved out or the owner left a refrigerator and another Appliance in the front yard which has both been there for 2 weeks. No one has picked them up as of today Friday April 15th.
1618 W Teton Dr - a pvc pipe, that is probably from the sump pump, is dumping water directly onto the sidewalk along Redwood Ct.
between 2406 and 2408 n ellis there are downed wires from the telephone pole
