caller said she already filed a police report for EXCESSIVE noise that could be heard through her home windows and police officer informed her to call in to PeoriaCARES also. This occured on Sat., 09/19/20 caller lives over a mile away on Teton and couldn't get any sleep regarding the disturbance coming from Exposition Garden

Has junk such as stoves and mattresses stacked up high on pick up trucks and creating blind spots when driving. Mattresses piled up right now 12 feet high.
Neighbor has a Silver Chevrolet HHR that has had a very loud exhaust for several months. This car leaves every morning during the week usually between 7-7:10am. The car is so loud it wakes up people sleeping.
