Property location is in front of 815 W Johnson Ct, basketball rim in street; attractive nuisance drawing kids from other neighborhoods, creating trash and vile environment for residents. Request basketball rim be removed.
2619 w scenic dr. This is getting old. Car out front STILL non functional - hasnt moved since it was dropped there. Two donut tires and another flat. They had it on a cinder block to make it look less flat. Screen door broken. Window screen broken. Junk and debris everywhere. Likely drug dealing....nuisance property.
503 West Columbia Terrace: there was a fire here in December. Signs were posted prohibiting occupancy. Those signs were torn down, people still enter and exit the building, and the side door off the driveway may be open. An unknown man was searching the back yard today, and said he was searching for a thief. He said he found some of his stolen property in the garage. The door to the garage is hanging open. He described the thief as a young (maybe 22 yo) slender black man who wears camoflage pants and bright Hawaiian shirts.
