Neighbor has placed wood logs against my fence and has put stakes in the ground to hold them up and driven screws into the fence that are open and exposed on my side of the fence. Very dangerous.
House has been vacant for many years. Neighbor believes that this house has not been registered with the City as non-owner occupied.

Resident called to report a basketball hoop belonging to 2600 NE Madison is on the street. The property sits on the corner of Madison and Spitznagle. The hoop, previously on Madison St, has now been moved to the Spitznagle side of this property (property sits on the corner). Traffic coming off of Adams can be heavy and resident is concerned for the safety of the children playing basketball.

Because this truck is sometimes partially in the yard it is creating mud, mud tracked all over the street

Caller complained that the owner of 516 E Virginia Ave has a dying tree that is hanging over their power line. Caller concerned that with the wind storms and the ice storms later in the year that the tree will knock out the power line.
