Trash totes left at curb. They take trash to the tote instead of bringing the tote back to the house

Joe's Towing on Lincoln, -leaves trucks running 24/7 exhaust being kicked up causing breathing problems throughout neighborhood, noise nuisance, parking trucks where the neighborhood children wait for school bus. -neighborhood association does not think this business' location meets city zoning standards
