Stop sign was hit and is down on the ground at intersection
Large cable hanging down between power lines at ground level over several backyards.
"Near Dock 44 @ Riverfront (near the bridge) Leaking water. Between the dock and the concrete that's near the dock." (The water is not splashing from the actual river)
Water leak by ROW. Can see water bubbling up
Utility pole on one side of driveway makes it impossible to enter or exit without hitting it. To get in to his driveway, caller-resident must pull 3-4ft in to neighbor's yard--these neighbors started putting wooden stakes in yard to stop this. The caller-resident eventually hit one of these stakes so the neighbors stopped putting them out but now they complain about caller-resident having to pull in to their yard to get in to their own driveway and are showing aggression to caller-resident. There is no parking on street. Caller-resident has spoken to Ameren about getting the Utility pole moved but they refused. Caller-resident is at a loss and asking for help from code enforcement and possibly zoning to figure out what can be done.
Oyo hotel. Multiple guests have called saying this hotel has bed bugs and the hotel is refusing to fumigate. Rooms 221 and all the surrounding. Caller would like to be contacted by code enforcement.
Some kind of terrible smell has been emanating from this house for at least a year. Neighbors say multiple tenants have come and gone in the past year and the smell has remained the whole time. The week of rain we've had has spread the smell throughout the neighborhood and neighbors say it is all they can smell in their own homes at all hours. They ask that the house be checked out.
School Zone speed limit sign falling over
Black truck at this address leaking fluid in to sewer. Has been going on for a little over a month. Neighbors unsure if owner knows.
