There is a couple living in garage. No water, electricity, or toilet in garage. This is dangerous.
Multiple, regular falling limbs over months are continuously damaging tenants electric wires and car. Ameren has been out multiple times and have told the tenant that the tree shedding limbs is rotted. Landlord has been responsive only over text saying he will get the tree taken care of---nothing has been physically done for two months. Issues persist. Tree is the farthest from driveway and closest to 2217 but still owned by property owner of 2215.
2 swimming pools - The son of this property was seen urinating in the smaller pool. Both pools are dirty. HAS 2 PRIOR CASES (SEE BELOW) AND IT HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. PLEASE SEE CASE #50550 DATED 07/18 AND #@50461 DATED 07/13
