After rail crossing arms go up, they come down after approximately 2 cars.
Tenants are using properties across the street to walk and relieve their dogs. Police can't enforce due to the Safety Act. - The Grove Apartments -

Street Sign - Speed limit 30 mph. "Possibly the dumbest sign ever". Erected a sign next to mom's garage. Would like for the sign to be removed or at least moved closer to alleyway.
