Home is using over $1200 worth of energy per month. Resident has already spoken to Ameren, meter normal. Landlord says using this much energy is normal, neighbors all say theyre not paying this much. I told caller I wasnt sure if code would even be able to do anything for her, but she was insistent I enter a case.
Mailbox belonging to this property is on the opposite side of the street and is often blocked by parked cars. Resident is handicapped using a mobility aid and cannot get around the cars to get her mail. Caller is requesting either a No Parking sign or a Handicap Parking sign in front her mailbox so she can get to it.
