Front door has been hanging open for over a week now. Unsure if anyone lives there’s currently.
I would like to know who to report my landlord to. The ceiling in one of our bedrooms in cracked and almost ready to cave in. The landlord is aware but refuses to fix it because it will cost him too much money.

Hi! We moved into the above listed address 1 year ago. We have what looks to be an easement between our property and our neighbor behind us. I believe his address is: 7031 N. Mt. Hawley. I talked to him in May/2019. Told him we wanted the "stuff" parked in his/our easement (on our fenceline) removed. He removed some stuff; but a few days ago, my husband pointed out that he's now storing old, rusty shelves there. He does not have our permission to park his junk, etc. on our fence-line. We are having a "critter problem." Currently, there are access holes in dirt of of fenceline where critters are coming into our yard. This is driving our dogs wild. We talked to him a couple of weeks ago again, didn't address this issue. We're a couple of seniors; he just looked at his stuff, looked at us and smirked. When I told him in May that he needed to clean this area out, he said that he'd "inherited it when he bought the property." This doesn't have a darn thing to do with getting rid of the stuff. Currently, there's antique metal wagon wheels & guts, yard tools, stacks of pots, bricks, landscaping blocks, stacks of rusty shelving, etc. He needs to either get rid of the stuff or put it into a storage shed. He currently has two garages. We're not sure how to address this issue. We don't know where the property line is. We'd like to get along with our neighbors, but also don't want his junk parked on our fence-line; it makes our property look bad; also it reflects badly on us as it looks like it's our trash. Thank you in advance. Appreciate it!! If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.
