Caller reported that there are no Open Restrooms on the Riverfront in the Winter. He is disappointed that he has to tell Visitors and Peorians alike when asked the location of the Restroom when visiting the Riverfront. Caller said even the RiverPlex has a sign stating "No Public Restrooms". If this situation doesn't change according to caller, he will tell visitors don't visit the Riverfront. He is tired of making excuses for the City in not providing a public restroom in the Winter for visitors. He suggested that the City of Peoria invest in a Porta Potty for the Winter which should not be that expensive.
