I live in the Withershin Point Condominium Association. on 2/22/2021 The gutter fell off the roof over my balcony and ripping the balcony outdoor light off. I emailed Property Management (S&S Properties) on 2/22 after the incident happen to let them know. It is 2/24 and no one from S&S Properties has contacted me, the wires are live wires controlled by a regular light switch on the inside. The gutter is causing a barrier to exit through the balcony door. I do have a lot more photos to share.
There are oversized political signs everywhere. I thought here was a max size especially in residential areas. Don't candidates running for elected office know that rules they should be following. Seems like they all need reminded.
