Neighbor never cleans out her gutters causing them to overflow, rain water seeps into our basement.
Black car sitting in driveway in front of garage at back of property. It has been sitting there for almost 2 full years. Tires flat. Muffler sitting on ground.
3+ foot tall pool has been installed above ground and filled with water in back yard of residence. Code requirements have not been met for safety.
My neighbor- address 2214 constantly has their 4 or 5 dogs not on a leash and unattended. They let them out and they poop and pee in my yard. They have never cleaned it up either. I’m constantly cleaning up dog poop out of my yard. They are inconsiderate and irresponsible.
At the rear of 2703 N. Dechman they have about 30 pallets next to the garage.
Rodents living in shed. Shed door is open with items on the the ground. The shed has graffiti all over.
3913 Creighton Terrace. Don’t know if this is illegal or not. But their is dog poop in the front yard and in my yard also. I have asked nicely twice now to either pick it up or not let their dogs poop in my conjoining yard and nothing has been done. I have to pick it up out of my side yard that connects to his side yard.
Appears that a hoarder occupies the home with the amount of stuff that surrounds the home. An eyesore to the neighborhood.
The yard has an exuberant amount of stuff strewn all around the lot. A complete eyesore to the neighborhood and needs to be cleaned up.
