Proch roof collapsing.
broken window on right side of front porch
Blocks of front porch are loose,and falling out onto front lawn. Trash on porch as well.
Garage roof caving in and covered with tarp since December. Side garage door broken.
someone has kicked the front door in and people have been going in the house including kids
hole in roof left side of chimney foundation falling apart and chimney falling apart
this house needs torn down ... it still needs boarded up at the very least there are still kids playing in this house and adults going in and out of here almost every single day its a great place for deviants and predators i have reported this about 5 times over several months and not a thing gets done because peoria cares right?!
Non owner occupied property. Porch support columns are separating from the rest of the structure. Spray painted tires in front yard too.
House had fire and meth lab was found. Had squatters living there before. House was boarded up but plywood at the side door has been removed.
