Property at 7734 has partially collapsed. Dangerous structure. Fire hazard. Owner recently died. Juan Swearinger. The property needs immediate bulldozing.
I would highly recommend going to view this property as it is for sale. The roof is actively leaking in the top floor with tenants living on the main floor. Many active leaks, broken windows and dead rodents.
A fire in July 2019 damaged two trees - one severely - in the back yard of 1105 N Glenwood. To date, no remediation of potential hazard has been made. It’s unknown if an assessment of the trees’ integrity has been made. The larger of the two trees presents a hazard to both neighboring houses. They should be inspected by an arborist and assessed for remediation before something very bad happens.
Cars are parked on the lawn and no building permit for the fire damage. The home is located to the east of 3101 ne Madison
