Been 6 months since the fire in this house. No work is being done . Squatters were living there. See the plywood removed from the door and I report it. When is the city going to do something?
Collapse of second floor balcony onto first floor balcony.
1222 Moss Avenue - there is a huge dead tree in the very northeastern corner of the property. It stands right in the corner of the fence.. If and when this falls, this tree is in a vicinity that would take out the historic fence around the property, could damage the fence of the Pettengill Morron House, fall into the street, or hurt someone walking on the sidewalk. Thank you.
Wire is falling from telephone poles. A car is going to snag it
Fence around pool does not look secure and could pose a life safety issue.
I believe this is correct address, it's a red structure located towards the back of the property. This structure had been abandon since I have moved to this area, at least 15 years. Looks like parts of the roof may be caving in now and have seen children playing on this property which concerns me for their safety, in addition to being a eye sore to our neighborhood.
There's a big fallen tree crushing the gate entrance to the tennis courts at Charter Oak School. My kids thought they could play tennis by squeezing through the enclosed fence. The fence is ruined at that part, and not the safest structure.
Siding is falling off and the wood is all rotted on the side of the house. They are also parking on the grass behind the house.
House had a fire and a meth lab was found inside. Police arrested two squatters staying there. No one has been to the house since the fire to do any repairs. Weeds need cut. This is a nice neighborhood and something needs to be done! It's past the 15 day repair or demolish order posted on the door.
