503 West Columbia Terrace in Peoria. We appreciate your efforts to secure this structure and keep it empty. The boarded-up door to the rear deck is wide open again. There is no electrical service there but neighbors say they see lights and lanterns inside at night. Thanks for any help in keeping us safe on both sides of this building.
503 West Columbia Terrace in Peoria is an abandoned house where Occupancy is Prohibited signs were posted after a fire. There is no evidence that any repairs were ever made. It was boarded up and, although you can still see that, the boards have moved to allow access. The side driveway door has been broken into. It looks like homeless people are living inside. We live right next door and this is a security threat to us. There is no running water or other utilities to service this building and the people inside. Please help us. Thank you.

423 W Columbia Ter in Peoria continues to be a danger to the neighborhood. Signage has been removed and boards over rear entrances have been broken down. Thanks for the numerous arrests you have made at that address in recent months in response to the foot traffic in and out, and the yelling and screaming from within that we can hear on the street and sidewalk. This address is a safety issue. Don't take my word for it. A photo just taken is attached. Take a look yourselves - and thanks for your help!
