House is in disrepair, roof unsafe, paint peeling, etc.
2nd major water leak in two weeks at Poplar Hall on the ICC Peoria campus. 3rd such leak in the past 3 months. Water in walls and carpet. Major plumbing and heating repairs done. Work ongoing without sufficient mold remediation for these or past events of same nature over several years with this building.
Garage is falling down and rodent infestation

There is a house that burnt down at the corner of Hanssler and North Street. By the creek. It is falling down and now the front door is wide-open. It needs to be secured, people go in there, and it is dangerous for our neighborhood. Thx
There is a burnt down house here around 400 Hanssler Place address by the creek. Someone has broken in the front door and it is wide open now. Please secure and this should be demolished asap. Thank you
