Crumbling retaining wall. Gutters falling apart underneath. 1011 n Glenwood
House sits at top of hill, large above-ground pool near back of property. Pool has been full of the same stagnant water for at least 3 years, full of frogs, mosquitos, fallen branches, moss etc. Unclear whether property is fenced in, could be a hazard to neighborhood children.

Abandoned property. Neglected. Dangerous. Attracting panhandlers to yard.
The siding is blowing off the house and is strewn all over the yard. Poses a hazard as more is lose and could hit a car or a person.
My apt flooded from the apt above me… April 27th is when it happened.. I was told as of may 2nd I can come back in but the floors were not cleaned nor do I have any ceilings and they still want me to pay rent in a place in can’t live in
