Garage rotted out, unstable structure. Animals living in property.
The garage shed in the back of their house is collapsing and it’s right next to my property. There’s a giant hole in the roof, and is a giant eyesore.
Concrete wall is falling into alley- can this be cleaned up and fixed?
1018 E Richwoods Blvd peoria,il 61603 this property has broken windows in the front of the structure and possible animals going in the house.
House needs to have boards put back on it. People are squatting in the little room with the 3 above the door. Boards are peeled off the back door, side door and windows. Kids are playing inside at times.
All windows broken out of this home including large front picture window. Tall weeds on side of home. Home need to be secured!
Caller states that roof work is being done and it is raining in his home. The wind has blown the tarp off his roof. He has tired to contact his landlord and the workers but nothing has been done.
house has had broken windows for month with no mitigation and have recently seen animals attempting to enter thru windows. also have seen people trying to enter the abandoned house. house has had squatters before. no one on the block has seen the owner in over 2 months. one neighbor says they saw him go in 2 months ago and has never seen him leave and said he looked unhealthy at the time. house is uncared for.
Dead tree in the back yard of rental property to the adjacent property to the west. It is losing bark and has no needles; sways in the windy storms. Could fall onto our house and needs to be removed.
I've reported this junk falling apart house before. I was told he had until May 1sr to fix the code violations. It's a junk abandoned property. The guy that claims he owns it isn't even the guy that owns it. It's owned by a reality company in Florida. The random guy keeps telling the city he owns it and he's going to fix it. This guy is one of the meth heads the frequented the neighborhood meth house before the meth dealers got evicted. The guy that claims he's going to fix it never comes over and fixes anything. The only time he shows up is to strip boards, wires, and whatever else and takes it to another house. Hes parting out this house piece by piece. He keeps lying saying hes going to fix it. It needs a roof, a furnace, water heater, wires and circuit breaker, electricity is disconnected, gas lines have been cut and meter removed, most of the windows are broken, the gutters are falling off, the siding is burnt in places and falling off, there's no flooring, water damage throughout the house, no sinks or countertops, no appliances, paint is all peeling, retaining walls in the back have completely fallen over, retaining walls in front are halfway down and falling on the sidewalks, the steps are all crumbling, the foundation is crumbling, needs new doors and door frames (none close), porch pillar is about to fall over and I'm sure the porch roof will fall after that, etc. etc. Please please please do something about this house. It's not repairable! It needs $80,000-90,000 worth of work and it's not worth anywhere near that. Please demolish this horrible eye sore. Issue fines. Big fines. There's probably 100 code violations. This house is a half a block from an elementary school. Kids play in and around this dangerous structure. People squat in there from time to time. Nobody is fixing this house, it's just getting torn up more!!!!!
