The house is currently being flooded due to massive roof damage causing mold and safety and health concerns for current tenant of land lord Jeff Cohen whom had not done any due diligence to resolve the issues which have been reported. This is in violation of city code ordinances (chapter 5) and violation of county building and residential non owner occupied code. The family with children forced to live in this would love help from the city and or county as soon as possible.
SR#69552 Missing fence. A walker or child on a bike could easily fall to the jagged rocks & concrete below.
Very low hanging wire that has been hanging dangerously low for a month now.
House has Not been lived in for over three years. Three plastic tarps have rotted off of the roof and I know it’s leaking inside. This place is a fire trap and a hazard besides being a eyesore.
Structure is falling down and is accessible to children. Still connected to electricity
On May 20, 2020 I submitted an issue with what I thought was the potential undermining of the sidewalk between the intersection of Knoxville Ave. and Northmoor, and Mt Hawley Road turnoff. I did notice that someone has cleared the hillside of trees and shrubbery within the ravine. Today I want to share with you that it is now clear that the sidewalk is most definitely being undermined by erosion. One of the fence posts holding up the chain link fence has now fallen into the ravine, leaving the fence with support. I bike this sidewalk regularly, and hate to see it closed, but I fear for the safety of the many pedestrians.
