SR#65734 In Iris Park, on the left side on the sledding hill there is a open man hole cover. Kids have gotten close to falling down it while sledding
SR#64828 I believe water is leaking up from underneath the street. This corner of the street has been consistently wet for weeks even when we have had no rain.

The fire hydrant is dangerously leaking. Has been leaking for over a year. Numerous people have slipped on the slime on the road. Kids are beginning to play in the mud. The Peoria Park District has also complained numerous times to try to get this to be fixed. Winter is coming and last year it caused a major ice dam, creating a hazard both for walkers and for cars even. Please get this fixed.
