SR#64494 the city of peoria owned pocket park at 700 Spring street has a 5 gallon bucket in the park which whoever mows has mowed around for 6 months. I dont know if there is a fetus or whatever is in the bucket but I dont know why the public works employees or contractors have not removed this bucket.
