Associated Issues

The Hy-Vee at Grand Prairie, despite at least five complaints to Peoria Cares in 2019 about their banners, has decided today to build brand new banner holders out in the yard and continue to have at least 25 sign violations. This marks the sixth complaint to Peoria Cares in 2019 and instead of taking the banners down someone with some woodworking skills has gone ahead and built banner holders instead. It is uncertain why The big box stores are intimidating to public works and community development and yet the small businesses feel the wrath on the temporary signs?
