I received your Peoria Cares case. I am sorry that you are having difficulties with paying your Stormwater bill. From your message it sounds like you just want to log in and pay your bill but are unsure how to do that. On the screen that says “Welcome to Peoria Self Services!” you would click the login button in the upper right hand corner that looks like a door with an arrow. You are not the first person to tell us that this is not intuitive. We are exploring ways to make this more prominent and we are always trying to improve our customer’s experience.

After calling the stormwater utility to start auto pay for my new bill, I was told to just go to the stormwater website and click on the yellow button. That takes me to a register routine but I am already registered. I just want to sign in, but there is no place to do thaty. Pay my bill gets me to the above. We are moving to florida, and want to get our bill paid via bank account, but there doesn t seem to be a way-----?????
