Per Zoning Inspector a certificate is not needed since this is a seasonal pool. The fencing is properly installed and of adequate height. It only has to be 48 inches (4ft). If children are jumping the fence, unfortunately, we have no jurisdiction in regards to that matter. Thanks for contacting the City of Peoria!
